Ever since I was 9 years old I remember helping my mother work on my grandfather’s investment properties (Penny Properties) in Minneapolis. Over the years I have created a love for the architecture and the area of North East or should I say Nordeast. My first job was gardening painting and cleaning the units over the summers of high school until I started college fall of 2015 at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix AZ. My sophomore year I worked as a leasing specialist for a start-up apartment community for student housing called GC Square. After I graduated College with a degree in Marketing and Business Management I immediately pursued my real estate license and started my own property management and maintenance company called Minny Management. We assist landlords who are lost or need guidance to become successful owners not only for themselves but their residents too. As you can probably tell I am very family orientated and enjoy spending time with them on the weekends. My Fianc’ and I now live in a four-plex in the heart of North East and love to try new restaurants travel hit the gym and relax with Netflix. During the summers you can find me on Big Sandy Lake floating on the Pontoon with a white claw in my hand.
