Barb was first Licensed in MN Real Estate in 1999; after owning property rentals, and remodeling her first home, she found opening doors for others and home staging the next best step. Her business experience is diverse and includes owning/operating a commercial business managing more than 36 employees, managing a Musky fishing business, and her biggest heartwarming job in management and fundraising at a local humane society. She has experience in residential, lakeshore, recreational properties and years of farming experience. She has bought/sold, owned and managed commercial properties, closed short sales and completed successful 1031 Exchange transactions.
