Meet Josh Wilson, a licensed real estate agent with Realty ONE Group Choice in the Twin Cities. Josh’s journey into the world of real estate began when he stumbled upon an internship with a real estate marketing firm in Minneapolis during his junior year of college in 2021. He was fascinated by the homes he saw and the wonderful clients he worked with. During the internship, Josh gained a new perspective on effective marketing when selling or buying properties. He did photoshoots and virtual tours of houses and apartment buildings, social media for real estate agents, educational videos, and much more.

As he entered his senior year of college, Josh was optimistic about his future and was open to any and all opportunities. In Spring 2022, he received a message from Realty ONE Group Choice about an opportunity to work as a Marketing Intern. Initially, he never considered getting his license but after seeing the potential of making an impact in the lives of his family, friends, and future clients, he signed up.
