On Friday, November 24th, Realty ONE Group Choice participated in Explore Alexandria MN’s second annual, “Lights On Broadway Holiday Parade.” Joined by our agents and staff, we brought the Holiday cheer and shared our story with the local Alexandria, MN community. Watch our recap below:

The Float

We used the same house structure that we built for Anoka’s Grande Day Parade in October and transformed from a “haunted house” to a home decorated for the Holidays. We want to say a special thank you to ONE of our Realtors®, Kim Kettler and her husband Mike Kettler, for their hard work preparing our float! Thank you to Realtors® Tony and Anja Carlson for providing the trailer for the float and Realtor® Brock Case, for helping with the set up and walking the parade!

During the Parade

What a crowd! As our first parade during the evening, we weren’t sure what to expect but the energy of Alexandria, MN was unlike other communities. There were around 60 fellow local companies and organizations involved in the parade and it was fun to see all of the Holiday decor!

Our Broker & Owner, Paul Ekstrom led the charge by driving the float and ONE of our Brokers, David Miller, dressed up as Santa. We enjoyed handing out glow sticks and sharing our bright lights with the community.

After the parade, we found out that we won BRIGHTEST lights! We are honored to receive this recognition and can’t wait to hold our title and be even brighter next year.
